How do I cancel my GoProof subscription?
This article is intended to guide you through cancelling your GoProof subscription.
If you no longer wish to use GoProof and you have a Free GoProof account, then you do not need to cancel your GoProof subscription.
If you are a GoProof Enterprise
account holder, please contact us
in order to discuss your options.
If you wish to cancel your GoProof Pro subscription, follow the steps below.
1. Sign Into the GoProof website.
2. Click on your Username Dropdown menu, located in the top right hand corner.
3. Select Licenses.
4. On the Account Admin’s License, click Close Account.
5. In order for us to improve GoProof, please provide the reason for why you wish to cancel your GoProof subscription.
6. Click Confirm to cancel your GoProof subscription.
Note:You will still have full access to your GoProof Pro account until your next payment date, then your account will revert to a GoProof Free account.
