Changing a user’s notification settings

This article will assist you in enabling and disabling settings for a user’s email, app and desktop notifications.

This feature is only available to GoProof Admins.

Before proceeding, please ensure you are familiar with Editing a user account.

Step 1.
From the Edit User Details screen of your publisher or collaborator user, click Notification Settings found at the bottom-right corner of the page.

Step 2.
Select and unselect the settings you require for Email, App and/or Desktop notifications.
